Restore the Core is a 60 minute mat-based workout for women designed and targeted to tighten up the muscles of the pelvic floor and core including the abdominals, glutes, back and obliques. Class is designed to incorporate the use of our Karna Ball, a unique exercise ball designed to support the pelvic core neuromuscular system. This program is designed for all women of all fitness levels and is suitable for pregnant and postpartum women.
Each session lasts 4 weeks. $99/ per session
Equipment required: Karna Ball + Yoga Mat
Time: Saturday mornings 8am-9am
